J&E was founded by William Jerez — a master craftsman with over a decade of seamless gutter experience. The business started in 2013 to serve a need William saw firsthand: most gutter contractors in Central Florida didn't speak Spanish, and the ones who did weren't running professional, insured, warranty-backed operations.
Today we operate as J & E Property Care LLC, doing business as J&E Seamless Gutters, with a City of Orlando contractor license and $1M general liability insurance. We service 7 counties and over 25 cities — entirely bilingually.
Roughly 30% of Central Florida residents speak Spanish at home. Until J&E, that meant either translating through family members or settling for a contractor who didn't fully understand requests. We change that — quoting, scheduling, installing, and warrantying in either language at the customer's preference.

He personally measures and supervises every quote, and he's the one you'll call if anything goes wrong. There's no "customer service department" between you and the person responsible for your install.
