Terms of Service

By using https://jeseamlessgutters.com or requesting an estimate from J & E Property Care LLC(doing business as J&E Seamless Gutters), you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and quotes

All estimates are free and non-binding. A signed quote becomes binding only when both parties sign and we've received any agreed deposit. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Workmanship and materials

Workmanship: 5-year warranty on installations and repairs against defects in workmanship. Material: 20-year manufacturer warranty on aluminum and copper coil. Warranties are transferable to the next owner of the home.

Warranties exclude: damage from acts of God (hurricanes, hail, falling trees), homeowner modifications, neglect (failure to clean gutters annually where guards are not installed), animal damage, and normal aesthetic patina (especially on copper).

3. Payment

Most residential projects: payment due in full upon completion and customer satisfaction walkthrough. Commercial and large multi-family: milestone payments per signed contract. We accept check, ACH, major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit cards.

4. Cancellation

Florida law gives you a 3-business-day right to cancel after signing. After that window, cancellation may incur material restocking fees if coil and accessories have been pre-cut.

5. Site access and safety

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled install day, secure pets indoors, and notify us of any underground utilities, septic lines, or sprinkler systems near downspout drainage areas.

6. Liability

We carry $1M general liability ($2M aggregate) insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects in the fascia or roof, or consequential damages outside our control.

7. Photos and reviews

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. Photos do not include identifying information about your home unless you opt in. We will never publicly post addresses.

8. Disputes

Any dispute will be resolved in good faith via direct conversation first. If unresolved, mediation in Orange County, Florida. Florida law governs.
